Samsung has temporarily suspended the availability of the One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy A34 due to serious issues identified in the latest software version (DYE7).

This decision affects users in Europe, South Korea and other markets.
Samsung has not officially released the reasons for the suspension, but reports from users and technical websites point to the following problems:

- Volume drop Volume drop: The volume for calls, notifications and multimedia has been significantly reduced.
- Slow network response: There was a delay in downloading and opening applications, which affects the user experience.
- Problems with the camera: The camera application is experiencing delays or failure to start.
- Increase in battery consumption: Battery life was dramatically reduced, with up to 10% discharge in 20 minutes.
A serious issue concerns Secure Folder, where hidden photos may appear in Stories notifications, violating the user's privacy.
