Data security: what to do before giving your iPhone for repair

The protection of your personal data is our absolute priority. We have no access to photos, files, chats or other content on your device. However, in order to be able to carry out a function check before and after the repair, it is necessary - in most cases - to know the unlock code.

The password is used exclusively for hardware control (e.g. monitor, microphones, cameras, speakers, sensors) and never for data access. If you do not wish to provide it, that is perfectly respectful; you simply assume the responsibility that there will be no possibility of full operation control before/after the repair.

Also, your Apple ID may only be requested if required for certain procedures (e.g., disabling "Find iPhone"). If you do not wish to provide it, and that is perfectly acceptable; simply complete the corresponding step yourself.

Before your visit, we recommend the following steps:

1. Backup: Keep a backup in iCloud or on your computer.
2. Apple ID & device code: Make sure you remember your password.

4. Unlock code: You can give it to have a complete check of the device before/after the repair. If you don't want it, the service can be done, but we are not responsible for any pre-existing or subsequent issues that we cannot check.
