iPhone 16e: Appeared in Geekbench before official launch, equipped with Apple's six-core A18 processor

Apple's iPhone 16e recently appeared in performance tests on Geekbench, confirming the presence of the Apple A18 processor with 6 cores.

These tests demonstrate significant improvements in performance compared to previous models.

The A18 features a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine, offering increased speed and efficiency.

Specifically, the iPhone 16e scored 3,295 points in the single-core test and 8,085 points in the Geekbench 6.3 multi-core test, beating the performance of the previous A17 Pro.

In addition, iPhone 16e supports Apple Intelligence features, allowing users to take advantage of advanced artificial intelligence capabilities. The device also features a 6.1-inch OLED display, a 48MP Fusion camera with 2x telephoto lens and an Apple-designed 5G modem, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity.

Pre-orders for the iPhone 16e begin on 21 February, with the official launch expected on 28 February. The price in the US starts at $599.
