Swap & Upgrade is a program of ired stores that allows someone to acquire a used device from the stores at a lower price with simultaneous exchange of the old device.

We mainly buy iPhone devices, models of the last 5 years or more recent Samsung devices. We are open to suggestions though so you can always contact us for your own case.

The value of the mobile depends on the model, the date and the condition it is in. The current market price as a used device is also taken into account.

First you need to bring your device to an ired store. Your device will be evaluated by us within one business day and we will inform you of its value based on the criteria. If you are satisfied with our offer, you can buy the used device you have chosen cheaper, with a discount equal to the value of your old device.

With the exchange ired will buy your device at a higher price than you would simply sell it for.

You will need to backup your device and then restore factory settings. In case you do not know or have not done the necessary steps, the ired team will help you to keep a backup file with your data and then ensure their permanent deletion from the device.

Through ired.gr you can first choose the device you want and visit the store where the specific device is located to see it in person and at the same time leave your old device for evaluation.

Of course there is the possibility of installments via credit card.
