Samsung Galaxy S25: It will be equipped with Snapdragon chip, while the Galaxy Fold7 and Flip7 will have the Exynos 2500

Samsung's decision to exclusively use Snapdragon chips for the Galaxy S25 series seems to be linked to its desire to boost the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of its devices.

Rumors are circulating that the performance and effectiveness of Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 in AI tasks are considered critical, especially in light of competition from other companies like Apple, which is also investing in AI capabilities for its new products.

Meanwhile, the Exynos 2500, which was originally expected to power the Galaxy S25 series, will eventually be used in Samsung's foldable devices, Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7.

This decision seems to be related to the low production yields of the Exynos 2500 and the difficulty in mass producing it via the 3nm technology Samsung uses.
