A poll conducted by Creative Strategies last month showed that the iPhone X garnered 97% of satisfaction from its owners, according to John Gruber.
In the final results, 85% of respondents said they were "very satisfied" with the iPhone X, with Creative Strategies analyst Ben Bajarin pointing out that this is the highest percentage the company has ever seen in a poll on people's satisfaction with a technology product.
12% responded that they were simply satisfied with the iPhone X, while 3% were not happy with their experience with the device for a variety of reasons.
Of course, the more "very satisfied" responses, the better the product is likely to be. For example, the research firm Wristly, in 2015, did a poll on how satisfied the public is with the Apple Watch. The figure touched 97%, but 66% of respondents said they were very satisfied.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the iPhone X satisfied its owners by 99%, citing the results of a study by 451 Research. Creative Strategies, for its part, claims that its own numbers are more accurate and balanced, as they come from a larger base of respondents, leaving little room for any minor variations, of course.
More specifically, the Creative Strategies poll surveyed 1,746 people. Most of them bought the iPhone X immediately after its official release.
The features and Siri
The iPhone X scored very well in the rating of its individual features as it seems to have left its owners very satisfied. Face ID and battery life were both hovering around 90%. The only poor performance was for Siri, which only achieved 20% as a user satisfaction score, essentially leaving 4 out of 5 unsatisfied.
Siri, as widely discussed in the tech trenches, seems to not follow the competition, with Apple unable to do anything substantial to change that, at least for now.
The "The Information" recently reported that Siri has become a very basic problem for Apple. The report states that Siri remains lacking when compared to Amazon's Alexa and the eponymous company's Google Assistant, adding that it is also the main factor for the poor sales of the HomePod.
Apple's response
Apple was quick to respond to the above with a statement about Siri, saying it's the world's most famous voice assistant with amazing benefits.
"We've made significant progress in Siri's performance, extension and reliability, applying the latest machine learning techniques to create a more natural voice," Apple said in the statement. We continue to invest in machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve the quality of Siri's responses and the range of questions it can answer."

Of course, Apple is trying to pick up the pieces. Siri does lag behind the competition, but Apple has recently been seen taking some steps by hiring engineers etc. to make improvements to its famous voice assistant. Hopefully, in the near future, we will see similar results.
