In 4 years more people will have mobile phones than electricity!

It announced its forecasts for the evolution of mobile and data networks. It was surprising to compare these forecasts with forecasts concerning other basic goods and needs of the world's population.

Until the 2020 more people will have mobile phones (5,4 billion) rather than electrification (5,3 billion), running water (3,5 billion) or car (2,8 billion).

Still, by the 2020 video will overwhelm data transfer on mobile devices as it will take up more than 75% of the total transfer volume.

The networks 4G are expected to have high growth. They will cover the 72% of the total data transfer up to 2020, compared to the 47% that covered the 2015.

Until the 2020 the average connection speed on mobile data networks will triple and by 2.0 Mbps in 2015 will reach 6,5 Mbps.
