Meet the pre-installed Activity app on Apple Watch

The application "Activity", which is pre-installed on the device Apple Watch, is designed to help you get fit and stay healthy. It does this by setting and tracking progress on three daily goals.

The application "Activity", is accessible from the home screen of the device. You need to press the side button Digital crownto be taken to the home page. Then touch the icon with the three coloured circles - red – green – Blue.

Application configuration
Press the virtual button "Get started", in order to fill in your personal details: gender, age, weight, height, etc. (When entering information, you can scroll down or up, looking for possible answers, using the Digital crown, scrolling up or down.
Then your device Apple Watch, will give you some data on how active you are at the moment. Her advice Apple is to aim low if you're not sure you're going to make it. The Apple Watch will take into account the information you have provided and create a (suggested) calorie burning programme on a daily basis.
You are not, of course, obliged to accept it. You can scroll up or down by scrolling up or down. Digital crownto set the desired combustion quantities. Touch the red iconic button "Start moving" to complete the configuration and start counting.
Show daily goals
Want to see your progress? The "Activity", consists of three rings of indications, which are also displayed by the module Glances (Glances).

The progress on a daily basis of the three goals is represented by three coloured concentric circles: the red one, which is the outer ring, records the calories burned. The green ring, which is in the middle, records the interval of exercise, while the green ring, which is the red ring, records the number of calories burned. Blue inner circle gives information about your stagnation.
(There are arrows to guide you to remember which one does what. The clockwise oriented arrow is for the calories burned during the movement, the double right arrow shows the course of intense exercise, while the arrow pointing upwards, has to do with the time you are sitting still).
When the red or the green ring, completes a circle, then you have successfully completed the goal you had set. The progress concerning the Blue ring is slightly more complicated. It shows the number of hours you have been standing for at least a minute, on the total of 12ώρου.

Red Motion Ring
The red movement ring, showing the number of calories you have progressively burned today, through general mobility (large number) and the daily target (small number). As with all rings, the progression of the ring on the clock face reveals how close you are to reaching your goal.
This target is set during the configuration of the application, although you can change it at any time (we will explain later).
To be fitter and healthier you need to step up your goals over time, increasing your average burn rate calories. The app will automatically suggest new higher targets every time you set a new goal. Week, but you can make changes manually, very easily.
Head to the red motion ring, press and hold the screen, then touch the iconic "Change Move Goal", when the target appears, scroll up or down using the Digital crownuntil you are satisfied with the quantity and your new goal. Then press "Update“.

Green ring
The green ring, which is associated with intense exercise, counts the minutes you exercise (including dancing, intense walking as well as your workouts or running). This goal is thirty minutes per day.
Blue ring
As we have mentioned above, the Blue ring, is designed to encourage you to sit less and stand more. You're supposed to stand up every hour and the Blue ring will track the number of hours you have been doing it. The target is set at 12 hours and includes at least one minute of standing, per day.

Remember that you can use the activity app to iPhone, whenever you want, to receive more information about your progress: For example, you can get graphs of your activities with time progress, calorie burn and more. You can also see your rewards ("Perfect week" and so on).
