Apple Intelligence will arrive in Europe with iOS 18.4, but will be missing some features due to EU regulations.

In particular, the Digital Markets Act (DMA) imposes restrictions that appear to affect the availability of certain AI functions.

Apple appears to be delaying the full launch of Apple Intelligence in Europe due to DMA regulations, which require major technology companies to ensure interoperability and fair competition practices.
